Will a heat pump keep up when it snows?
Yes. Cold-climate models we install keep heating well below -15 °C, colder than Victoria has been in decades. On a hybrid system your furnace takes over automatically in a real cold snap.
How long does an install take?
Most ducted swaps are one to two days. We protect floors, haul away the old equipment and walk you through the thermostat before we leave.
Do you handle the rebate paperwork?
We're a registered contractor for the CleanBC programs. We check eligibility before you commit and prepare the documents you need to apply.
