What if the job takes longer than expected?
You pay the price you approved. Rusted bolts, tight crawlspaces and long jobs are our risk, not yours.
What if you find something else wrong?
We stop and show you, with a photo and a flat price. You decide. Nothing is added without your approval.
Do I pay the diagnostic fee and the repair?
No. The $129 diagnostic is waived when you approve the repair. The $189 emergency call-out is waived for Comfort Club members.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, on new systems over $3,000: from 0% for 12 months, or low monthly payments over up to 10 years, subject to approval. See rebates & financing.
