Is a leaking tank an emergency?
Yes. Shut the cold-water valve on top of the tank, turn off the power or gas, and call us 24/7.
Tank or tankless?
Tankless makes sense for big households on gas. For most Victoria homes, a heat pump water heater gives the lowest running cost.
Do you need a permit?
Gas water heaters need a gas permit. We pull it and include it in the flat price.
